The only restaurant on the Salsa Trail with a full-service menu, the saloon has been open since 1953. House favorite dishes are their breakfasts, salsa, prime rib, chicken fried steak, and Alaskan wild salmon, which you can eat in a wonderful dining room beneath a huge covered wagon hanging from the ceiling. Both the restaurant and bar have beautiful stone fireplaces.
Also on the menu are Pasties- a hand-held meat and vegetable pot
pie, Tuscan Chicken pasta with garlic butter cheese biscuits, and classic Mexican food dishes such a
s beef tacos and enchiladas.
